2010 AUSTAFE NATIONAL CONFERENCE

INVITATION TO ATTEND
The 2010 AUSTAFE Conference will be held at the Citigate Central Sydney Hotel, NSW from Thursday, 14 – Friday, 15 October 2010
(Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 13 October 2010 at the Powerhouse Museum).

This conference provides an opportunity for TAFE and vocational education and training managers across Australia to come together to develop their capability in leadership and innovation, discuss current and future issues impacting on the vocational education and training environment and celebrate TAFE achievements.

Approximately 150 - 180 delegates from around Australia attend the national conference each year. Delegates include TAFE Institute
Directors, educational leaders, senior decision making staff of government departments and other representatives with links to the
vocational education and training sector.

AUSTAFE is a national network of senior TAFE Managers. Its primary mission is to exert national leadership in support of its members and indirectly the TAFE systems they represent.
AUSTAFE is committed to promoting excellence in vocational education and training and developing leaders within TAFE. AUSTAFE's focus helps identify broad public interest challenges and assists members and their institutes/colleges to respond.
