NOTICE OF THE 2010 AUSTAFE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2010 Annual General Meeting of this Association will be held at 5pm on 14 October 2010 at the AUSTAFE National Conference Citigate Hotel Sydney, New South Wales.
The proposed business of the meeting is:
1. Welcome
2. Confirmation of Minutes of 2009 Annual General Meeting
3. Business Arising from Minutes
4. President’s Report
5. Financial Report
6. Appointment of National Executive State/Territory Representatives
7. Appointment of Public Officer and Auditor
8. Entry Fee – Recommend 2011 Membership Fee is $150
9. Other Business
Any member proposing business related to the Annual General Meeting should submit items in writing to the President, Pamela Morgan, seven (7) days prior to the scheduled Annual General meeting, at:
