Membership
Membership is open to managers in TAFE Institutes and TAFE Authorities across Australia.
‘Manager’ is broadly defined as any TAFE staff member with management responsibilities.
This could be the management of;
- Delivery programs (Head Lecturer, Program Coordinator, Team Leader)
- Staff ( Head of School, PVC, VC, Quality, Teaching and Learning Support groups, Finance and Asset Services, Student Administration, Corporate Services)
This includes Institute Managers, Head Teachers & Administrative Managers. (Apply for membership online).
Communication
There are bi-monthly national Executive meetings and newsletters are distributed to all members. Members are encouraged to use this website to keep in touch and up to date.
Professional Development
The Association assists in professional development, study tours, meetings, and seminars on a range of topics. There is also an annual conference.
